How to become a B2B customer
Please enter your contact details using [our B2B form/this page]. Once we have processed your request, you will receive a tag that allows you to shop at B2B conditions.
Are there any items that cannot be exchanged or returned?
Personalized or custom-made items cannot be exchanged or returned, as they are produced specifically for you. This is always clearly indicated before your purchase.
When will I receive my order?
We make each order especially for you. For private orders, the processing time is a maximum of 10 working days. For business (B2B) orders, this can be up to 3 working weeks. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with further information. The delivery time itself depends on your location and the carrier.
Where are your products manufactured?
All our products are self-designed and 3D-printed in our own workshop in Belgium. This way, we maintain full control over the quality and finish of each piece. Our products comply with European safety standards for toys and are CE marked.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and the items in your order. We offer free shipping for private orders over €75; for business (B2B) orders, free shipping applies from €150. You will always see the shipping costs clearly before completing your purchase.
